TIM WADE
A Sugarloafer since 1988, Tim was excited to bring his decades of experience in wastewater collections and treatment to Carrabassett in 2025. Tim is the second Superintendent in the District’s 30 year history. He holds a Class II Wastewater Treatment License, a Class V Collections System Certification, a Class IV Water Treatment License, and a Class IV Water Distribution License. Tim is also a Licensed Site Evaluator, and possesses numerous other certifications.

Hunter Lander
Hunter joined CVSD in 2016. Hunter had previously worked on the Kibby Mountain Wind Project, and as a Sugarloaf snowmaker previous to that. He brings a lot of experience and knowledge in process and electrical systems to our team.

Marjory Trenholm
Margie joined CVSD in 2025. She is responsible for sending invoices, making deposits, sending payments, and all the other little things that keep the District operating smoothly.

Brendan Quigley
“Q” joined CVSD in 2015. Previously, Q had also been a snowmaker for Sugarloaf, as well as wearing several other hats on the mountain. Along with his in-depth process experience, Q brings an unmatched level of energy to the District.
